Be sure to double-check your user name and password. If
you do not have this information, please be sure to contact
customer support and request that this information be sent

email contact that we have on file.
If you still cannot connect, possible reasons why:
We are not the authoritative name servers (DNS). If you
did not register the domain name with us and have signed
up for a hosting package without transferring the name over,
you will not resolve to our servers. You will need to talk
to our host master who will contact your original hosting
company, or the one that you signed up your domain name
with and request that they transfer the name over to our
servers. This information is passed onto you the customer
via your email on file. You then agree to the email and
forward it on, this information gets passed to the InterNIC
who updates you DNS record to our name servers. Once this
is complete you will be able to access your site.
